Allan Lichtman, a professor of history at American University, has correctly predicted the outcome of presidential elections for the last 4 decades. To do this, he has used his system of “the 13 keys” to winning the White House. In this video, he explains and uses this system to predict that Mr. Biden will win the 2020 presidential election. An interesting quality of this system is that most of the keys are not related to the traits of the candidates. This suggests that winning the White House may not be as heavily dependent on a candidate’s traits as it may seem.
